Noetic Place comprises three interconnected buildings. With fences, gardens and setbacks, the built form takes on a traditional residential scale to be perfectly at home among its neighbours.
Moving inside, the finishes and fixtures selected by Fender Katsalidis are more in the realm of privately commissioned, architecturally designed homes.
Each residence has been individually crafted for where it sits within the overall development, carefully planned to enjoy natural light and views of the gardens or over the neighbourhood.
The façade features a minimal palette of materials, allowing the buildings to sit respectfully behind lush landscaping and blend in with the streetscape. Krause bricks have been selected in white and beige colours, reflecting the sandy soils of Hampton and balancing with the warmer tones of a bronze-toned metal finish.
In the lobby, the textures of the exterior brickwork seamlessly transition to a grand triple-height space with rose-tinted travertine stone, lush greenery, an oculus skylight above and crazy paving below. The craftsmanship of this space sets the tone for the residences beyond.
The interiors are defined by simple forms, tactile materials and moments of delight to enrich the everyday. In the living spaces, this is best exemplified by the credenza, a finely crafted piece of joinery ready to display treasured objects, store items and conceal audio-visual equipment.
