A place to call home

Noetic Place is a collection of 33 large-scale residences thoughtfully crafted for its setting within the quiet suburban heartland of Hampton, and for the people who will live here.

Building on the character of Reunion Place – which was designed and delivered by the same team less than 500 metres away – Noetic Place offers a place to find privacy and tranquillity in homes of considered beauty, from the relaxed elegance of the residences to the beautifully crafted garden library.

A private sanctuary

The lush gardens of Noetic Place are a natural extension of Hampton’s leafy environment. Each outdoor setting has been designed to complement the building’s architecture with places where residents can enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by plant life and the site’s grand existing trees.

The jewel of these outdoor spaces is the shared Garden Library. In this finely crafted timber pavilion, people can come together to share a glass of wine or a meal, host a family celebration or just find time for quiet contemplation.

Bayside village living

Hampton is a bayside suburb which has retained a thriving sense of community – young families, aspiring professionals and older generations from all corners of the globe. Along Hampton Street, a host of specialty stories complement the array of eateries, with a grocer, baker, gourmet delicatessen, juice bar and fruit market, all just moments from home.

For an even greater selection of boutiques and amenities, Hampton Street is bustling with local designer goods, homewares and antique stores, as well as lifestyle activities from yoga to day spas.

The local team

With architecture and interiors by Fender Katsalidis, garden architecture by Eckersley, and the dedicated Hampton-based team from Noetic Places overseeing the entire project from end to end, this will be an address imbued with the same care, quality and integrity the team brought to Reunion Place.

All share a deep understanding of the local landscape, the character of the neighbourhood, and the needs of its new and future residents. Extensive consultation with the community has ensured this Noetic Place will be a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
